G-Tec 2020 Bury- Hollins, Greater Manchester

Multiple extra large luxury properties were constructed. All plumbing, heating, and mechanical works were carried out by G-Tec. These properties consisted of three floors plus large basements. All properties were fitted with underfloor heating throughout and unvented hot water cylinders. This site chose to go Green and was fitted with electric Air source heat pumps as the heat source.
